Shows part of the city including Pleasant St., Mill St., Fowler St., Chandler St., Thayers Reservoir, Tatnuk, Patches Pond, and Coes Reservoir. With roads, railroads, businesses, and buildings with property owners' names. A key explains the colors and symbols. Good antique condition with some light water stains and some tears at the paper edges. Some larger tears at bottom repaired with archival tape. Measures approx. 16.25 x 26 inches to the neatline.
