Antique map from the Atlas of the City of Newton, by J.B. Beers & Co., 1886. Shows streets, railroads, some topography, and property owners' names. Buildings are colored thus: grey is frame (wood), red is brick, blue is stone. Includes Wolcott Park and Lily Point Grove. Fair to good condition with some stains mostly in the margin, and a hole in the paper on the right and left sides. Any imperfections in the margin can be hidden with a mat when framing. Measures approx. 17.75 x 28.25 inches to the neatline.
