Antique map of Easthampton near Main St, Payson Ave, Williston Ave, Glendale St, and Park St, published in the Atlas of Northampton and East Hampton, Massachusetts by D.L. Miller & Co. 1895. A development called Colton Place was just being built at this time between Garfield Ave and Highland Ave (now Ward Ave). These maps were made for tax and insurance purposes and have every property owners' name and the buildings are color coded based on material (pink= brick or stone, yellow= wood, etc.). Very good antique condition with overall toning, some tears at the edges, some waviness to the antique paper. Measures approx. 16 x 26 inches to the neatline.
