Antique hand-colored map of the town of Monterey, MA, with an inset map of Monterey Village. Maps show the names of property owners at the time of publication, topographical detail, locations of schools and churches, etc. From the County Atlas of Berkshire Massachusetts, by Beers, 1876. Good antique condition overall, with a noticeable spot of staining in the top left of the map of the town of Monterey, as well as some edge wear/small tears at the outer edges of the paper (one of which was repaired with non-archival materials, which has toned over time.) Measures approx. 14.25" x 11.25" to the decorative border.
