Antique print of a Rohria palmata, now known as Heterorhachis aculeata. This plant is native to South Africa. The name "Rohria palmata" was first used in Skr. Naturhist.-Selsk. 3: 108 in 1793. This print is from an unknown 18th century publication. Copperplate print with original hand-coloring. Very good antique condition with some tiny spots. Measures approx. 13 x 8.25 inches to the paper edges.
