Antique print of the Tyrant Flycatcher, or, as it is commonly named, the Field Martin, or King-bird, by J.J. Audubon, Lithograph printed and colored by Bowen, 1856. From the Audubon Bowen Octavo, second edition, Pl. 56, this was a smaller, portable version of Audubon's monumental Imperial sized prints. Beautiful color and detail. Good antique condition with some tiny spots. Measures approx. 6.75 x 10.5 inches to the paper edges.
