c. 1910
Maker: Allen, Lane & Scott
Partial railroad map of New Jersey and the surreounding area, from New York City to Philadelphia and Cape May, undated but probably published around 1910. The UNJRR&C Co. (United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company) lines are indicated in red- this company existed for only a short time, about 1867-1871. The red line showing the UNJRR&C was probably added later. This appears to be a portion of a map of the Pennsylvania Railroad and its Connections by Allen, Lane & Scott, very similar to the one owned by Rutgers, which they indicate was published in 1911. Good condition, no margin, with folds, holes on left side. Measures approx. 16.5 x 10.5 inches to the neatline.
