Double-sided antique page of illustrations published in the Combination Atlas Map of Mercer County New Jersey by Everts & Stewart, 1875. On one side are views of buildings: The Mercer Zinc Works and the Wholesale Grocery Store & City Market Building of D.P. Forst Esq., both in Trenton NJ. On the back side are portraits of Prominent Men of Mercer County, including the Sheriff, Clerk, Surrogate (responsible for probate, estate administration, guardianship, and other legal things- this term was used in NY and NJ), and Mr Blackwell, whose title or importance is not noted. Very good antique condition with some minor spots, stains, and wear mostly at the paper edges. Measures approx. 17 x 14 inches to the paper edges.
