Antique hand colored map of part of North Adams, Massachusetts, from the Atlas of Berkshire County by Barnes & Farnham, 1904. Includes the names of property owners at the time of publication, roads, railroads, schools, parks, businesses, points of interest, etc. Buildings are colored by structural type (brick, stone, wood, barns, and greenhouses,) including a key. Center fold as issued. Fair condition with mild toning and some spots of very minor foxing, heavy edge wear with some paper loss along the bottom of the page which affects the map itself, and staining along the bottom which also extends into the map, mainly along the center fold. Measures approximately 20" x 30.5" to the neatline, with the map extending beyond the neatline for much of the top and bottom edges. Priced As Is.
