The booklet was made in the time when Paris was a major destination for both the artistic American ex-pat (like Hemingway, the Fitzgeralds, the Murpheys, and more) and a serious tourist attraction for those who were interested in the artistic life Paris offered. This booklet contains information for these tourists in the form of information on the monuments, museums, churches, libraries, and more, all in four different languages. The map and booklet are both in very good condition, although quite fragile. The map is two-sided and shows the monuments etc. in Paris as well as the area around Paris.
