Antique color lithograph print published in D. T. Valentine's 1863 manual of New York City, shows a view of wealthy New York businessman John Clendening's two story home and estate on a hill in Bloomingdale, Manhattan. The address given here by Valentine seems to be incorrect as the original home was supposedly located at 104th Street and Ninth Avenue. Good condition, approximately 4.5" x 7" to the paper edges
