Antique black & white lithograph print published in D. T. Valentine's 1853 manual of New York City, shows a view of a three story building home to D. Brenan, Groceries & Liquors, and the Five Points Mission of Ladies of the Home Missionary Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church, Manhattan. The brewery was purchased by the missionary society in an effort to aid the disenfranchised population of the notorious Five Points neighborhood. Good condition, approximately 4.5" x 7" to the paper edges
