Maker: Valentine's Manual

Antique black & white lithograph print published in D. T. Valentine's 1859 manual of New York City, shows a view of the Elgin Botanic Garden which was the first public botanical garden in the country. Unable to pay for its expenses, the owner sold the land and in the 1920's it became the site of Rockefellar Center. Good condition, approximately 4.5" x 7" to the paper edges
