Valentine's 1861 manual of New York City, shows a row of buildings overlookings horse-drawn carriages on Broadway, businesses shown from right to left are as follows "Broadway House," " Rondons, Fringe, Cord, Tassle & Fly net Manufactory" "Harrington & Co," "M. Roberts Halfway House," "Broadway Academy" "New York Tattersalls," "Olympic" "Patent Billiard Table Ware Room." Good condition, three folds in center, approximately 7" x 14" to the paper edges.
