Antique map of Cherry Valley, New York, published in the Atlas of Otsego Co. New York by F.W. Beers, A.D. Ellis, & G.G. Soule, 1868. With original hand-color, this map is colored by district, and includes roads, rivers, notable hills, property owners names, a proposed railroad, and some historical notes relating to the Cherry Valley Massacre of 1778. Inset map of Saltspringville. Very good antique condition with some small spots. The coloring is a bit messy. Measures approx. 15 x 12 inches to the decorative border.
