Antique map of Burlington, New York, published in the Atlas of Otsego Co. New York by F.W. Beers, A.D. Ellis, & G.G. Soule, 1868. With original hand-color, this map is colored by district, and includes roads, rivers, notable hills, property owners names, and Business Directory. Inset maps of Burlington Flats, Burlington Green, and West Burlington. This map has names in block letters seem to be related to deeds, such as Cooper & Craig, who received a deed to a tract of land in George Croghan’s Otsego Patent in 1786. Very good antique condition with some small spots. The coloring is a bit messy. Measures approx. 15 x 12 inches to the decorative border.
