Antique map of Exeter, New York, published in the Atlas of Otsego Co. New York by F.W. Beers, A.D. Ellis, & G.G. Soule, 1868. With original hand-color, this map is colored by district, and includes roads, rivers, notable hills, property owners names, proposed railroad, and Business Directory. Block letters on left show land patents belonging to Schuyler and Croghan. Very good antique condition with some small spots and slight damage to the surface on right side in a vertical line. The coloring is a bit messy. Measures approx. 15 x 12 inches to the decorative border.
