Antique map of Butternuts, New York, published in the Atlas of Otsego Co. New York by F.W. Beers, A.D. Ellis, & G.G. Soule, 1868. With original hand-color, this map is colored by district, and includes roads, rivers, notable hills, property owners names, and land patents belonging to Otego, Morris, Upton, and Middleton. Very good antique condition with some small spots. Some pencil writing from a previous owner. The coloring is a bit messy. Measures approx. 15 x 12 inches to the decorative border.
