Includes inset maps of North Chatham, Chatham Center, and Rider's Mills. Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, and some points of interest (e.g. Columbia County Fair Grounds, Chatham Water Co., Chatham Laundry Co., church, cemetery, etc.) Main map includes a reference to more names of property owners. Original hand-coloring. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some very minor wrinkling of the paper, and areas of minor spots/foxing as well as a larger stain at the lower right. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 15" x 23.25" to the neatline.
