Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, the railroad, and points of interest (e.g. Philmont Paper Co., Philmont Hosiery Mill, Midland Hosiery Mill, High Rock Mill, Summit Knitting Mill, public school, churches, etc.) Original hand-coloring. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some very minor wrinkling of the paper, and areas of soiling/staining mainly at the bottom of the page. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 15" x 23.25" to the neatline.
