Includes inset maps of the "South Eastern Part of Town of Clermont," and the "Plan of Clermont" which shows a central portion of the town with a church, cemetery, school, and hotel. Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, and some points of interest. Original hand-coloring by district, with labeled district numbers. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some very minor wrinkling of the paper, and areas of minor spots/foxing. Measures approx. 15" x 11.5" to the neatline.
