Antique hand-colored map of part of the third ward of Hudson, New York, from the Atlas of Columbia County, New York, by Beers, Ellis & Co. 1888. Shows names of property owners at the time of publication, railroads, and some points of interest (e.g. Washington Square with the courthouse and the armory, several churches, City Hall, St. John's Hall, etc.) Original hand-coloring. Very good antique condition with mild toning overall, some minor wrinkling/creasing of the paper, areas of fairly minor soiling/staining, and a very small tear at the bottom edge. Center fold, as issued. Measures approx. 15" x 22.75" to the neatline.
