Antique page with two hand-colored maps, one of a portion of Berkshire, New York, and the other of a portion of Spencer, New York, published in the Atlas of Tioga County, by Beers, Ellis, and Soule, 1869. Maps show the names of property owners at time of publication, as well as railroads, businesses, schools, churches, cemeteries, etc. Very good antique condition with toning of the paper throughout, which is darker outside the neatline, lines of mild staining at the top left of the Spencer map, some staining along the left outer paper edge outside the neatline, and a few spots of very minor foxing. Measures approximately 11" x 14" to the neatline.
