Antique hand-colored map of present-day Waverly, with portions of South and East Waverly, New York, published in the Atlas of Tioga County, by Beers, Ellis, and Soule, 1869. Shows the names of property owners at time of publication, as well as railroads, businesses, schools, post offices, parks, churches, cemeteries, etc. Includes a reference for more names of property owners, and subscriber's business directories for the area. Good antique condition with mild toning of the paper throughout, minor foxing/soiling, some minor image overlay, and a tear at the left side of the page, as well as a few areas of seam separation. With folds, as issued. Measures approximately 20" x 23" to the neatline, with the map extending beyond the neatline at the top and right edges.
