Antique page with two hand-colored maps showing the hamlets of Tioga Center and Smithboro, in Tioga, New York, published in the Atlas of Tioga County, by Beers, Ellis, and Soule, 1869. Maps show the names of property owners at time of publication, as well as railroads, businesses, schools, churches, cemeteries, etc. Includes a subscriber's business directory for each hamlet. Very good antique condition with toning of the paper throughout, which is darker outside the neatline, a few spots of foxing, and some very minor edge wear including a small tear at the outer edge of the paper, which has been repaired with archival materials. Measures approximately 11" x 14" to the neatline.
