Antique hand-colored map of Owego, New York, published in the Atlas of Tioga County, by Beers, Ellis, and Soule, 1869. Map is colored by district and shows the names of property owners at time of publication, as well as railroads, businesses, schools, post offices, churches, cemeteries, etc. Good to very good antique condition with toning of the paper throughout, which is darker outside the neatline, spots of foxing/soiling, some very minor image overlay, and seam separation at the left side of the center fold which has been repaired in some way by a previous owner. Center fold, as issued. Measures approximately 21.25" x 13.75" to the neatline, with the map extending beyond the neatline at the bottom left of the map.
