Antique black and white page from The Aldine magazine with two engraved illustrations by Thomas Moran with text in between them, published c. 1874. The first print shows a view of Fourteen Mile Island (or 14 Mile Island) in Lake George, New York, and the print below it shows a view from Fourteen Mile Island, with a wooden gazebo near the shore. Very good antique condition with mild toning of the paper, a few spots of very minor foxing, and some minor staining at the outer edges of the paper, mainly in the margins, as well as one small tear at the bottom left outer edge which has been repaired with archival materials. Page measures approximately 16.25" x 11" overall.
