This map shows North and South Coves, Saybrook Point, and the planned development for New Saybrook. Also includes streets, buildings with property owners names, rivers including the Connecticut River, Long Island Sound, and railroads. Good condition with some light minor toning and some minor spotting and/or staining. Has minor paper loss at left side and minor tears at right side. approx. 27 x 14.5 inches. **SOLD**
