Antique hand colored map of part of the City of Middletown, CT from the County Atlas of Middlesex Connecticut by F.W. Beers published in 1874. This map shows Wesleyan University, Mrs. Colton Ladies School, and Wunnewahjet or Indian Hill Cemetery. Also includes streets, buildings with property owners names, Pameacha Creek. Very good condition with some light minor toning and some minor spotting and/or staining. Approx. 14.5 x 27 inches.
