Much of the area was just starting to be developed with proposed roads and lots. Wards are delineated in green, buildings are colored by type. Businesses and property owners are labeled. Shows roads, railroads, bodies of water, public spaces, etc. Fair to good condition with repaired seam separation at bottom, surface soil/stains, wrinkles, and overall toning that is darker at the paper edges. Note the damage at bottom corners. Some pencil marks with updates. Should look decent when framed- some signs of age will still be visible. Price is adjusted for condition.
