Maker: Morse.

Genuine antique map of Pennsylvania, from Jedidiah Morse' The American Universal Geography, or, a View of the Present State of all the Empires, Kingdoms, States, and Republics in the Known World, and of the United States of America in Particular. Shows counties, roads, rivers, portages, towns, the Allegany Mountains, Bald Eagle Mountains and Bald Mountains. Just above Pittsburg is an area labeled Depreciation Land. Very good condition with some slight fading/image loss. A crease in the paper during printing caused a small image break in a vertical line near the middle-right. Measures approx. 7.5 x 13.25 inches.
