Antique woodcut engraving print published in Picturesque Europe, View of a castle over water with birds in forground. Ross Castle is a 15th-century tower house and keep on the edge of Lough Leane, in Killarney National Park, County Kerry, Ireland. It is the ancestral home of the Chiefs of the Clan O'Donoghue, later associated with the Brownes of Killarney. Very good condition with minimal signs of age as pictured. Measures approximately 8" x 11" to just outside the printed image including text.
