Antique black & white engraving print. Shows a view of the Abbey Church of Tewkesbury overlooking the River Avon. During the War of The Roses, Tewkesbury Church was the site of a bloody massacre between the Yorkists and the Lancastrians which required the abbey to be closed for a whole month in order to be puyrified and re-consecrated. Good condition, approximately 8.5" x 5" to the paper edges
