Antique black & white engraving print. Shows a view of the ornately decorated interior of the Salle du Livre d'or in the Luxembourg Palace in Paris. The palace was orignally built for Marie de Medici, wife of Henry IV, however after the French Revolution it became the the meeting chambers of the Senate and is still in use as such today. Good condition, approximately 9" x 12" to the paper edges
