Antique steel engraving print published in The Scenery of The United States by D. Appleton and Co, 1855, which shows a historic view of present day The Chapel Restoration, built in 1833, on the Hudson River in Cold Spring, New York. Very good antique condition with mild toning of the paper and a few spots of very minor foxing. Page measures approximately 7.75" x 11" overall. Note: any "rainbows" or strange patterns in the image are called moire pattern- caused by taking a digital photo or scan of the many parallel lines in the print- these are not in the print and we can try to take more photos if you are concerned.
