Antique print published in Harper's Weekly on July 30, 1887 showing scenes around Marblehead, Massachusetts. The images are: Marblehead Harbor from the point of the Neck, on the Neck, After Lobsters, In the Old Fishing Town, and The Causeway connecting Marbleheadneck with the Mainland. Copied from a drawing by Harry Fenn and published in the newspaper in 1887. This page comes with a photocopied page of text that includes the article that accompanies the images. Very good antique condition with some minor toning and wrinkles. Could be hand-colored by our professional colorist for an additional $50. Measures approx. 16 x 10.75 inches to the paper edges. Note: any "rainbows" or strange patterns in the image are called moire pattern- caused by taking a digital photo or scan of the many parallel lines in the print- these are not in the print and we can try to take more photos if you are concerned.
