Antique print showing a view overlooking the Hudson Valley and ships on the Hudson River, as seen from near Anthony's Nose in New York. Published in American Scenery Volume 2, by George Virtue, 1839. Good to Very good overall antique condition with mild toning of the paper and a few spots of foxing/soiling. Page measures approximately 8.5" x 10.75" overall. Note: any "rainbows" or strange patterns in the image are called moire pattern- caused by taking a digital photo or scan of the many parallel lines in the print- these are not in the print and we can try to take more photos if you are concerned.
