Antique printed color map of the United States, based on census data, showing the proportion of communicants of all religious denominations as compared to the total U.S. population in 1890. Notes much of the western U.S. as "unsettled area". Also notes Oklahoma as "Indian Territory". Very good condition with some toning of the antique paper, as well as a few tears at the outer edges. By Henry Gannett, in The Statistical Atlas of the United States- Eleventh Census, 1898. Measures approximately 17.25" x 28.25" to the neatline.
