Antique topographic map of partial southeastern Rhode Island, published by the U.S. Geological Survey in 1889 and based on a survey done in 1888. This sheet includes partial South Kingstown (including Narragansett,) partial Jamestown (including Conanicut Island,) most of Newport, and partial Middletown, RI. Very good antique condition with mild toning of the paper throughout, which is slightly heavier along the bottom outer edge of the page, and some spots of very minor edge wear including a small tear in the outer edge at the top of the page. Map measures approximately 17.5" x 13.25" to the neatline. Page measures approx. 20.25" x 15.5" overall.
