Double-sided antique map from the Atlas of Long Island, New York, by Beers, Comstock, & Cline, 1873. The centerfold is Sag Harbor. On the back sides are East Hampton on one side and Bridgehampton, Amagansett, and the center of East Hampton on the other side. Shows roads, railroads, parks, businesses, and includes property owners' names. Original hand-coloring. Fair to good antique condition, some damage to the antique paper, especially visible on the East Hampton side at bottom. The wear in the paper also affects the Sag Harbor map along the center fold resulting in some small tears. A diagonal crease goes through the Amagansett side and left side of Sag Harbor. Mild toning and slight wear at paper edges. Centerfold measures approx. 13.5 x 21 inches and verso maps approx. 10 x 13.5 inches. Price has been reduced due to condition.
