Antique hand colored map from the Atlas of the Hudson River Valley from New York City to Troy Including a Section of about 8 Miles in Width published in 1891 by Watson & Co. under the supervision of F.W. Beers. Includes part of New Windsor, part of Newburgh with the city of Newburgh, and part of Fishkill with Matteawan (now known as Beacon), and a small section of Wappinger. Shows property owners, parks, cemeteries, railroads, borders, major land and water features etc. In good to very good antique condition with toning, slight wear at the paper edges, and marks from the leather tab in the margins. Some wear at lower corners. Some pencil notations. Backed with linen, with center fold as issued. Measures approximately 19.5 x 29 inches to the neatline.
