Antique hand colored map from the "Atlas of the Hudson River Valley from New York City to Troy Including a Section of about 8 Miles in Width" published in 1891 by Watson & Co. under the supervision of F.W. Beers. Shows property owners, parks, cemeteries, roads, town borders, major land and water features, showing Springwood (the birthplace, lifelong home, and burial place of the 32nd President of the United States, Franklin D. Roosevelt), Star Mountain, Hyde Park, etc. In good antique condition with toning, foxing, transfer from tab, backed in linen, with center fold as issued, measures approximately 30.5 x 20.5 inches.
