Antique printed color map of the Thirteen Colonies of the United States. Shows the years in which certain towns/colonies were formed, as well as the years when certain events occurred (e.g. Pequot War, Claiborne's Rebellion, etc.), covering from 1607 to 1673. Labels the different Native American Indian tribes and the land where they were settled. Includes a table showing the "conflicting and indefinite claims" on certain areas of land at the close of that period of time. Also includes a table showing the names of the colonies, by whom they were settled, where they first settled, and the year in which they settled. Very good condition overall antique with some slight overall toning. By Cram, 1903, original atlas unknown. Measures approximately 12.5" x 9.75" (H x W) to the neatline.
