Antique map of Kentucky and Tennessee from Morse's Universal Geography published by Thomas & Andrews in 1796 (engraved by Doolittle). A fascinating map published shortly after the Revoolutionary War, with interesting boundaries including Indian Boundaries, Military Reservation boundary south of Nashville, etc. Shows early roads, forst, settlements, rivers. This map has been professionally and archivally cleaned and backed. Very good restored condition with some mild signss of age including repaired separation along the fold. Measures approx. 7.5 x 11.5 inches to the neatline.
