Antique hand colored map of South America from Butler's Atlas of Modern Geography, published by Longman in 1842. Drawn and engraved by Hall. Colored by country. Good condition with some toning, a few tiny spots, minor stains in margins, and some slight image transfer aka ghosting. With a center fold as issued in the atlas. Measures Approx. 9.25 x 7.25 inches to the neatline and 8.5 x 11 inches to the paper edges.
