Numerous inset maps including Fiji, Tonga, New Caledonia, Samoa, Guam, and more. The brown line separates the rivers that flow into the Pacific Ocean from those that flow into the Indian Ocean. Black lines between cities are labeled with the number of days that the voyage would take (T stands for Tage or days). Shows countries, major cities, early railroads in Australia, topography, bodies of water, as well as political divisions at that time. Text in German with some English place names. Very good overall antique condition with toning at paper edges. Measures approx. 13 x 15.75 inches to the neatlines.
