Antique hand colored map of the southern portion of Scotland from the English border to Loch Linnhe and Montrose. Colored by county (or shire) with towns, some roads, and topographic information. Also includes the View of Port Patrick in Wigton Shire in the lower left corner. This is the mate to EUR1874. Good condition with minor image transfer (this is the cause of the light brown toning in places), and small seam separation at bottom. Approx. 19.5 x 23 inches to the neatline. Visible plate mark.
