Antique hand colored map of the south eastern states of the United States including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, part of Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas Territory, from the Atlas Designed to Illustrate the Malte-Brun School Geography, by M. Malte-Brun, 1833. Map was first created in 1832 and is dated on the bottom with that year but published in the 1833 atlas. Very good condition with light small spot in margin, outside border, 9.75 x 15.5 inches. Has been lightly restored.
