1849

Maker: Illustrated London News

Antique print published in The Illustrated London News on November 24, 1849. Shows images of hunting dogs. In the 1850s, kennels were primarily designed for hunting dogs, particularly foxhounds. They were often large, multi-room structures with various areas for lodging, feeding, and exercise. Very good antique condition with mild toning, a few other tiny spots/signs of age. Measures approx. 16 x 11 inches to the page edges.
