Antique printed color pictorial map of the world drawn by Luc Marie Bayle and produced by the Transports Aeriens Intercontinentaux (a French airline) in 1955. This map has a playful style and a hand-drawn quality, despite the fact that it was mass produced. The red lines show the routes and stops of the airline and the map includes decorative ships, hot air balloons, and penguins. Very good overall antique condition with a center fold as issued. Approx. 9 x 15.75 inches
